We got our new home.
On Sea's birthday.
Sea's better half, my wonderful brother-in-law, closed the deal for us just before midnight (sorry Sea that we stole R. We promise to take little ones on your 3rd, 4th and 5th honeymoon!!!).
What I REALLY, REALLY love about our new home: a lovely outdoor area that's secluded enough for me and from where Al can see birds and BATS fly, ALL DAY (birds on morning shift; bats, night)
I'M HAPPY!!!!
