Nicole Seah

There's nothing else I'm going to do now except sit back and watch just how far she will go to remain in the limelight, and just how gullible the people of Singapore can get.

From the bottom of my heart, I am sick of social media and cyberspace in general. I blame the advent of the internet for raising a generation that has become unable to think deep thoughts.

There will come a time when I'll know without a doubt that my best course of action would be to start forcing myself to accept that everyone, and everything that happens, are a part of God's bigger plan. Being aware of that helps me sleep.

God has a plan?

I've always thought this was dangerously close to the mark (from "Good Omens" by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman)...

God does not play dice with the universe: He plays an ineffable game of His own devising, which might be compared, from the perspective of any of the other players [i.e. everybody], to being involved in an obscure and complex variant of poker in a pitch-dark room, with blank cards, for infinite stakes, with a Dealer who won't tell you the rules, and who smiles all the time.
